St. Peter's E-News: Friday February 26 2021

E-News for Friday, February 26, 2021

Dear Friends,

On this second Sunday of Lent we will be continuing our series on God’s Promises to us. This week God promises to make a great nation from Abraham and Sarah. Psalm 22 reminds us that all the nations of the world will praise God and turn their hearts to God. Jesus takes God’s promise and turns our ideas about power and love upside down when Jesus explains that he will need to die on the cross in order to bring us new life in him. God’s promise through Jesus has brought hope to all the nations of the world and to us.

  • These Days devotional guides have arrived. If you would like one, please call the church office at 437-2779. Pastor Stephanie will bring one by your home or mail one to you.
